Guest Speaker: Thomas Skuzinski, Associate Professor, JD, MURP, Faculty Affiliate at NIU Center for  Community Sustainability. Presentation will be on available and affordable housing. This may include information about how the national, state and local governments are instrumental in meeting the needs of citizens and the role urban and regional planning plays in housing projects. Professor Skuzinski has authored several books.
